The Civilian Pension Board is made up of seven members, with five (non-employees) appointed by City Council and two employees elected by other employees and from different departments. They meet quarterly and administer the civilian pension plan in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner. They administer the Plan and are empowered to enter into agreements with the City or other pension funds of the City for the co-investment of funds or the managements of funds.
