The City will hold a public open house on its upcoming Quan Avenue Reconstruction project on Tuesday, April 2, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m., at Tillman Elementary School, 230 Quan Avenue.  All who attend will be given an opportunity to make comments on the proposed design of the Quan project.  Preliminary plans, maps, environmental documentation, and other detailed information will be available at the meeting. These are also available for public viewing and copying at the office of the Public Services Department, Kirkwood City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road, during regular business hours.
