The Subcommittee will meet on-site regarding the proposed final site plan amendment for a new clubhouse, pool and parking lot in Case No. PZ-3-23.  Meeting will  be at the proposed location of the new clubhouse at the intersection of Timberview Road and Cork Elm Drive.
