The Architectural Review Board meets on the first and third Mondays of the month, except on holiday months when meetings are delayed by a day. Regular meetings start at 7:00 p.m., and work sessions are held at 6:00 p.m., at Kirkwood City Hall, 139 S. Kirkwood Road.
